For the past few months, and even now, I've been in a dispute with this webshop about an order that completely violates European law! Their customer service is offline more often than online, and they ignore emails that are in their favor.

UPDATE: Yesterday I got there WhatsApp and guess what? There offline most of the day!!! Ofcourse...
